TIME FOR SOME YOGA

– Anzeige/ad – Post contains adlinks –Hello loves! Today I did something really fun and new, first off Klemens and I went to see an amazing apartment, waah! We’re so in love with it, perfect location, big space and a perfect place to build our dream apartment, but more about that in another post. After the apartment I went back home and Laura came over to teach me some yoga! I’ve known Laura since I moved to Berlin but the last years we’ve become really close and always looking forward to meet when I’m back. She has been practicing yoga for many years and since I recently got some clothes from Alo Yoga I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to invite Laura over to teach me some basic yoga in the new outfits!

She brought some relaxing music, accessories such as a singing bowl, incenses, a strap (!?), cork blocks and some yogi tea for after the session. We started with sun salutations which we did repeatedly to warm up, the famous downward facing dog, cobra, etc etc. I’ve only done yoga a couple of times on events and had a hard time keeping the balance but with every round it became easier and easier. Afterwards we did the tree pose, warrior 1 and 2 and the goddess plus some more “asanas” but I can’t remember their names. When we were tired (mainly me) we ended the session with some meditation and finally drank some yummy yogi tea :)

It was so much fun with the yoga and I admire people who really take the time to do it, it was very relaxing and I felt so good afterwards. Have to do it more! <3 Thank you Laura for teaching me some basics and not laughing too much when I fell over :P
