Hello loves! Autumn is here and I have to admit, I really like it. Now is the time where we can cuddle up at home without feeling guilty of not being outside, and I have specially missed being a bit at home since we just did a big home make-over and I really want to spend some time here. We have some travels coming up, actually leaving to Paris on Thursday but in from mid October and November we’ll spend some time in Berlin again. I love shooting cozy stuff at home, with lots of knits, coffees, cozy sweaters and detail shots. Like we used to do, long time ago before we started travelling. So now it’s time again!
The other day we received the new Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark III and spent some time shooting with it. I really like it because it is small, easy to use and very pretty, it’s an accessory itself, I love the retro style! I like to carry it in my handbag and take it up in an instant to shoot something and capture moments fast and easy. I’ve been using the 14-42mm lens which is the perfect all-around lens since it’s got a great zoom range and let’s me shoot amazing pictures of myself – by myself (like the top-shots of my legs with the coffee, a perfect Insta-ready picture! :) ) The lenses are of course exchangeable for any needs and Olympus has a wide range of great lenses.
The quality of the images is great with 16.1 megapixels. It creates sharp details and very nice contrast and colours. One of the best things about this Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark III is that is has WIFI so I can easily access the photos on the road via the phone, this is perfect when we are travelling for example and need some quick snaps right away. Another amazing thing about this camera is the low-light capability with an ISO range up to 25.600 meaning you can get great result in low-light situations indoors or at night.
So a tip for anyone searching for a stylish camera with amazing abilities and great quality to carry around in any situation – this is a great one!
Happy shooting! More info about the camera here.
Lots of love xx Mikuta
