EDGY PEAKS

– Anzeige/ad – In collaboration with Edblad –Hello loves! Here comes a post that I’m extra excited about, and that I know you like too – about jewellery!

As you know I love my jewellery and all things silver, but I tend to stick with my pieces which all have a history or a special meaning. I have a hard time getting new pieces and always wear the same and if I get something new it has to be very special. Edblad reached out to me a while ago and asked if I wanted to try their new pieces, and since Edblad is a brand very close to my heart I felt like this was an absolutely perfect match!

Edblad is a Swedish design brand focusing on jewellery and I’ve been wearing their pieces for many years already. It’s become a tradition in my family to always gift each other Edblad jewellery for Christmas or birthdays, so they have always been one of my favourites with a special meaning. I used to wear their stars, hearts and clover necklaces and bracelets some years ago and now I always wear their spiked Rivets ring which you might have seen on my pictures which I also included in my every day jewellery post, but now it’s time to show you some of their new pieces which I absolutely love and I have a feeling you will love them too!

That’s why they offer a 20% discount on all their pieces if you use the code “MIKUTAS20“. The code is valid from the 17th – 20th November 2019 <3

Since I wanted to focus on their pieces today I chose to only wear theirs and not mix them with my own. Normally that feels very weird and “naked”, but somehow this feels completely natural and it almost looks like I’ve always worn these, which is a perfect fit, right? Totally meant to be!

Okay, let’s start! Here I’m wearing a little mix of the Edblad jewellery, chains and stars, but today we’re focusing on the Peak collection which are the spiky pieces inspired by the mountains. The fall collection from Edblad is inspired by the fairytales and shapes from the peaceful yet mysterious forest. You know the feeling you get when you enter the forest, it’s so calm, a little frightening and dark but gives so much energy and relaxes your mind. Just like fall and winter, when you can finally relax after the summer without feeling the pressure of always doing something and being social. I love summer and sunny days but whenever fall arrives I get this relief of being able to be cozy, do my thing, stay at home and get my inner peace. I also feel more creative in winter time because I have more time to reflect myself and get into my own bubble without any disruptions.

My favourite pieces from the Peak collection are the Peak bangle, the Peak ring which is the “new” version of my old spike ring, the Peak studs and the Peak Creole earrings in small, all little punky mountain peaks! They are all organic and natural looking but with an edge which is something I always look for when it comes to jewellery, accessories or clothing. They are all made of stainless steel which is great because they last forever and don’t corrode, also good if you have allergies.

This spring Edblad launched their first accessory collection with bags, scarfs, straps and charms, here you see the Alba crossbody bag in forest colour with the additional Adele strap with little holes for a fun and unique look, I also added their Tiles silk scarf in black just because scarfs are always fun accessories to style up a look! I matched my Edblad accessories and jewellery with a forest green jumpsuit and sneakers to let the pieces pop, I just love the mix of the jewellery together and have already included them into my daily accessory party <3 See their website for all of my favourites from the new collection, there’s lots of different versions to fit everyone, in small or big, some more discrete and some with more statement!

With the code “MIKUTAS20” you get 20% off on everything on Edblad.com

It’s valid worldwide from the 17th until 20th of November 2019 <3

Lots of love xx Mikuta
